TO-REACH at the EPH Conference 2018

On Friday 30 November 2018, the TO-REACH consortium organised a session at the European Public Health Conference 2018 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The session was chaired by Dr. Usman Khan, Executive Director at the European Health Management Association (EHMA).
